Arrow Senior Living in Kansas City, MO seeks a Memory Care Support Partner for evening shifts. You will advocate empathy, observe residents, and craft engaging plans within a homelike setting, guiding daily life from morning to night.

Strong English, good computer skills, and a caring, energetic approach are essential to support residents’ quality of life. The role offers full-time hours 3:00pm–11:00pm with a $18.50–$28 hourly pay range, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to read, write, understand and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude focused on residents’ well-being.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Physically active for standing, walking, bending, kneeling and stooping all day.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and assist residents after a fall.
• Criminal background clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy by creating meaningful connections with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Act as a patient observer to learn residents’ interests and craft engagement plans.
• Set up the environment to support daily activities and events (mise en scène).
• Partner with residents to support daily life from wake to sleep.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately.
• Assist orientation of memory care team members.
