Arrow Senior Living in Freeburg, IL is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner (7am-7pm) for Cedar Trails. This full-time role focuses on compassionate care, resident advocacy, and daily engagement in a residential setting.

You will support memory care residents with activities, documentation, and teamwork, requiring English communication, stamina, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The schedule rotates weekly and includes a 7am–7pm shift.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English reading/writing communication with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background cleared.

Responsibilities

• Advocate of Empathy: create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Patient Observer: discover residents’ interests and develop engagement plans.
• Master of the Mise en Scène: set the stage for daily activities and events.
• Life Partner: support residents in daily routines from wake to sleep.
• Excellent documentation of resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist orientation of team members in memory care neighborhoods.
