Arrow Senior Living in Highland Heights, OH is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner for the 7pm-7am shift on a part-time basis. You will provide compassionate, resident-centered care, document changes, and support daily activities.

This role requires empathy, strong communication in English, light lifting, and teamwork. We offer benefits, opportunities for growth, and a supportive environment.

Formación

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents.
• Active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping.
• Ability to frequently lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, including after a fall.
• Criminal background check cleared.

Responsabilidades

• Be an Advocate of Empathy and create human connections with residents.
• Be a Patient Observer to develop engagement plans and implement strategies.
• Master of the Mise en Scène: set the stage for daily activities and events.
• Life Partner: support residents across daily routines from wake to sleep.
• Excellent documentation of resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
