Job summary

Westmont Living, Inc. seeks a full-time Memory Care Coordinator to support our Nurse in managing the Memory care department. Candidates should have experience working with memory care residents and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.

The position requires management experience, effective communication in English, and adherence to industry regulations. We're looking for a compassionate leader committed to enhancing the lives of our residents.

Qualifications

• Experience working with memory care residents is essential.
• Must communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
• Management and supervising experience (1 year minimum) is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Support the Nurse with the operations of the Memory care department.
• Manage hiring, training, coaching, and counseling within the team.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

We are currently seeking a full-time Memory Care Coordinator who will support our Nurse with the operations of the Memory care dept.

What we need from you:

• Experience working with memory care residents
• Assisted Living Experience preferred.
• Able to communicate written and orally in English.
• Within 30 days of hire be certified in CPR and First Aid.
• Knowledgeable of state and federal regulations.
• Management and supervising experience (1 year minimum), including hiring, training, coaching, and counseling.
• Able to exhibit good business judgment and have strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with multiple priorities.
• Able to demonstrate the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to push/pull up to 40 lbs, lift up to 35 lbs.
