Job summary

Westmont of Santa Barbara, part of Westmont Living, is seeking a Memory Care Director to lead our memory care residents with compassion and professionalism. You will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, mentor staff, and collaborate with the broader care team to deliver an elegant, safe living environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with memory care residents.
• Assisted Living experience preferred.
• Able to communicate in English (written and oral).
• Within 30 days of hire be certified in CPR and First Aid.
• Knowledgeable of state and federal regulations.
• Management and supervising experience (1 year minimum).
• Able to hire, train, coach, and counsels staff.
• Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with multiple priorities.
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment with minimal supervision.

What we need from you:

• Experience working in a memory care residents
• Assisted Living Experience preferred.
• Able to communicate written and orally in English.
