Westmont Living is seeking compassionate caregivers to support residents in a full-time role at The Oaks at Paso Robles. The position focuses on assisting with daily living activities, meals, and mobility while maintaining a safe, homelike environment for memory care and assisted living residents.

Qualifications

• Assist residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping and personal care.
• Maintain a safe, clean living environment for residents.
• Follow resident service plans and report changes to supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADL tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting and transfers.
• Support with housekeeping tasks and meal service.
• Assist with personal laundry and daily living activities as needed.
• Observe residents for safety and report any changes to the supervisor.
• Ensure a clean, safe environment and follow licensing requirements.

What we need from you:

• Assisting residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping tasks, making beds, serving meals,

  • assisting with personal laundry, assisting with showers, assisting with toileting, dressing,

  • undressing, oral care, hair care, transfers and ambulation and any other needs addressed on the resident service plan.

• Keeping environment safe and clean for all residents.

• Observing residents for safety, and report any change of condition or other pertinent

information to supervisor

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community

• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test

• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
