Job summary

Westmont Living in Pinole, CA, is seeking a full-time Memory Care Director to lead our memory care program and ensure exceptional resident care. LVN preferred; CPR and First Aid certification required within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Experience working in memory care.
• Assisted Living experience preferred; LVN preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Oversee memory care operations and resident well-being.
• Lead and train memory care staff; hire, coach, and discipline when needed.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and licensing requirements.

What we need from you:

• Experience working in a memory care residents
• Assisted Living Experience preferred. LVN preferred.
• Able to communicate written and orally in English.
• Within 30 days of hire be certified in CPR and First Aid
• Knowledgeable of state and federal regulations.
• Management and supervising experience (1 year minimum), including hiring, training, and coaching, and counseling.
• Able to exhibit good business judgment and have strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with multiple priorities.

• Able to demonstrate the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to push/pull up to 40 lbs, lift up to 35 lbs.
