Westmont Living, Inc. is seeking a full-time Memory Care Director for our Santa Barbara area community. You will lead memory care services, ensure high-quality resident care, and coordinate care teams in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have memory care experience, assisted living background preferred, and strong interpersonal and regulatory knowledge. The role requires English communication, CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days, and a commitment to compassionate

Qualifications

• Experience working with memory care residents.
• Assisted Living experience preferred.
• Able to communicate written and orally in English.
• Within 30 days of hire be CPR and First Aid certified.
• Knowledgeable of state and federal regulations.
• Management and supervising experience (1 year minimum).
• Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment with minimal supervision.

What we need from you:

• Experience working in a memory care residents
• Assisted Living Experience preferred.
• Able to communicate written and orally in English.
• Within 30 days of hire be certified in CPR and First Aid
• Knowledgeable of state and federal regulations.
• Management and supervising experience (1 year minimum), including hiring, training, and coaching, and counseling.
• Able to exhibit good business judgment and have strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with multiple priorities.
• Able to demonstrate the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment with minimal supervision.
