Job summary

Westmont Living, Inc. is seeking compassionate CAREGIVER candidates to assist residents with daily living activities at The Oaks at Paso Robles. You will help with ADLs, meals, housekeeping, laundry, and mobility support in a memory care and assisted living setting.

Qualifications

• Assisting residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping, making beds, serving meals
• Keeping environment safe and clean for all residents
• Observing residents for safety and report any change of condition or other pertinent information to supervisor
• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
• Must pass health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire
• Flexible hours

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping, making beds, serving meals
• Assisting with personal laundry, showers, toileting, dressing, undressing, oral care, hair care, transfers and ambulation as per the resident service plan
• Keeping environment safe and clean for all residents
• Observing residents for safety and reporting any changes to the supervisor

What we need from you:

• Assisting residents with ADL tasks including housekeeping tasks, making beds, serving meals,

  • assisting with personal laundry, assisting with showers, assisting with toileting, dressing,

  • undressing, oral care, hair care, transfers and ambulation and any other needs addressed on the resident service plan.

• Keeping environment safe and clean for all residents.

• Observing residents for safety, and report any change of condition or other pertinent

information to supervisor

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community

• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test

• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
