Job summary

Twin Rivers Assisted Living and Memory Care in Richardson, TX seeks a Life Enrichment and Village Program Manager to lead activity programming for Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. You will plan, implement, and evaluate a broad range of daily activities designed to enhance wellness and quality of life.

The role requires coordinating with Wellness and care teams, creating monthly calendars, and supporting families while ensuring care standards, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in senior housing/dementia.
• Ability to drive community bus and coordinate activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and ensures implementation of activities seven days a week.
• Creates monthly Village Program calendars and individual resident plans.
• Works with Wellness Director and staff to support resident wellbeing.
• Maintains budget, coordinates transportation, and supports family involvement.

Skills

Two years experience in senior housing

Valid driver’s license

Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Pub

English literacy

Education

Degree in Human Services, Recreational Therapy, Music Therapy, or Art Therapy desired
