Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Life Enrichment Manager to craft personalized Life Skills experiences for residents with memory loss. You'll lead daily meaningful activities, maintain stations, and coordinate supplies to foster purpose and dignity.

Collaborating with the care team, you will tailor plans using resident profiles and preferences, organize clubs, and mentor staff and volunteers to enhance engagement and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.
• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards.
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies.
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement.
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities.
