Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group in Mansfield, TX seeks a dependable Memory Care Program Coordinator to plan, develop, and organize activities for residents with Alzheimer's and other dementias, under the Memory Care Director.

You will create monthly calendars, assess resident interests, train care staff, and coordinate outings, ensuring safe transportation and quarterly plan reviews. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunity to impact lives in a community-focused setting.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in preferred.
• Outgoing and energetic, with ability to encourage and motivate residents and staff to attend and participate in programs.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Creating and enhancing resident programs and activities.
• Develops a written calendar of monthly programs and events.
• Assess and update resident interests, needs and strengths and help set service plans accordingly.
• Manage and maintain themed programming spaces, life skills stations and cue boxes for residents.
• Train, schedule, and coach care staff to keep them informed regarding programs/events and their role and responsibilities in leading assigned resident programs.
• Manage and maintain themed programming spaces, life skills stations and cue boxes for residents.
• Assess and update resident interests, needs and strengths and help set service plans accordingly.
• Assess and develop resident specific outing plans, ensure transportation for outings are scheduled, and assist in planning and supervising such outings. Review and revise plan quarterly.
