Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Dallas seeks a Life Enrichment Manager to design personalized Life Skills activities for residents living with memory loss, fostering purpose, dignity, and everyday engagement.

You will lead groups, tailor activities using ISP and demographic information, organize enrichment clubs, and coordinate with staff and volunteers to support meaningful moments for residents.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards.
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies.
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement.
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities.
