Job summary

Twin Rivers is seeking a Life Enrichment and Village Program Manager to oversee activity programming for Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will plan, coordinate, and facilitate a broad range of daily activities designed to promote residents' wellness and engagement.

You will support the Wellness Director, train care associates, and collaborate with families to create meaningful memories through life stories, monthly calendars, and transportation planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in senior housing or dementia care.
• Degree in Human Services, Recreational Therapy, Music Therapy, or Art Therapy desired.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Computer proficiency in Excel, Word, and Publisher.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and ensure implementation of all activities seven days a week.
• Develop monthly Village Program calendar and adapt to residents' needs.
• Coordinate with Wellness Director and Resident Care staff to create individual activity plans.
• Assist families with memory boxes and transportation schedule.
• Provide tours and support Sales team; may serve as weekend Manager on Duty.
• Supervise Life Enrichment Assistants and train care staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain resident safety and confidentiality.
