Under the supervision of the Director of Membership Sales & Service, you’ll deliver friendly, attentive service, greet members by name, and ensure a welcoming, safe environment for all visitors.

Responsibilities

• Manage member check-in and adherence to safety protocols.
• Conduct membership and program sales.
• Take telephone calls.
• Regulate YMCA lobby traffic.
• Provide all membership and program information.
• Be informed of and execute all YMCA policies and procedures.
