Glowbar Inc. is seeking a Studio Guide in Westport, CT. You’ll own the front desk, deliver warm client experiences, and drive membership and package sales in a fast-paced beauty studio.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in hospitality or sales, a passion for people, and a proven ability to close sales while maintaining exceptional service. Weekend availability is required for full-time roles.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in hospitality or sales with proven client-service and sales goals
• Genuine passion for people and creating memorable experiences
• Confident in sales conversations and commission-based earning
• Ability to close sales, handle objections, and convert prospects to members

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk and set the tone for every visit
• Drive membership and package sales by connecting clients to Glowbar experiences
• Manage rebooking and waitlists to optimize the schedule
• Be the voice of the studio via phone, email, and text
• Share skincare knowledge and at-home routines to support client journeys
• Track personal sales performance and convert rates, report insights
• Keep studio spotless and client-ready, including laundry
• Share observations with management to improve client experience
• Be Glowbar ambassador in presentation and education
