Glowbar Inc. in Bryn Mawr, PA, is hiring a Studio Guide to lead the front desk, greet clients, and drive membership and package sales. You’ll be the first and last impression, connecting clients with Glowbar’s treatments and skincare routines while ensuring a seamless, high-energy experience.

You’ll close sales, manage bookings, and maintain a spotless studio. This role requires hotel/retail style hospitality, strong communication, and a passion for beauty in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hospitality experience and/or sales experience with a proven track record of superior client service and meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Genuine passion for people, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences.
• Confidence in sales conversations, comfort with commission-based earnings, and a drive to meet membership sales targets.
• Demonstrated ability to close sales, handle objections, and convert prospects into loyal members.

Responsibilities

• Own the front desk and set the tone for every visit.
• Drive membership and package sales by connecting clients to the Glowbar experience and results.
• Close rebooking and manage the waitlist to optimize the schedule.
• Be the voice of the studio with professional client communication via phone, email, and text.
• Share product knowledge and at-home routine suggestions to support skincare journeys.
• Track personal sales performance, conversion rates, and membership metrics.
• Keep the studio spotless, organized, and client-ready from front desk to back of house.
• Share observations with management to improve client experience and team performance.
