Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to deliver a top-tier guest experience and drive membership sales. You will guide prospects through facility offerings, enroll new members, and promote programs and services while maintaining strong member relations.

You will work with the Sales and Service Manager to ensure a best-in-class experience, support retention, and help meet revenue goals through effective upsell of fitness and retail products.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and experience with sales practices and techniques.
• General understanding of Fitness Industry.
• Ability to work with computers.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Independent, self-starter with organization skills.
• Ability to operate POS system.
• Knowledge of Membership System software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes CARE sales model with each guest and relates how products/services meet fitness needs.
• Tours potential members, describes facility and services, registers guests digitally.
• Communicates offers clearly using provided tools.
• Enrolls guests using sales techniques and MAP procedures.
• On-boards new members and drives retention to support club profitability.
• Consistently achieves or exceeds personal and team sales goals.
• Generates leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Sets appointments and follows up on leads using lead management system.
• Engages members with fitness offerings and existing programs.
