You will build relationships, enroll members, and drive engagement and revenue through effective use of company tools and processes.

The role emphasizes on-going member onboarding, lead generation, and promoting local campaigns while maintaining a welcoming, high-energy club environment.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in fitness or retail preferred.
• Ability to use computer systems and lead management tools.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales and service experience to guests and members.
• Tour potential members and explain facility offerings.
• Enroll members following MAP procedures and drive retention.
• Troubleshoot leads and manage follow-ups using lead management tools.
• Achieve personal and team sales goals.
