Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to deliver a compelling sales and service experience to guests and members. You will promote memberships, fitness and retail offerings, enroll members, and support retention efforts to drive club profitability.

You will generate leads, set appointments, and promote local campaigns while partnering with the Sales and Service Manager to deliver a best-in-class member experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with sales practices and techniques.
• Understanding of fitness industry dynamics.
• Ability to operate computer systems and POS.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Independent, self-starter with organizational skills.
• Team player who can collaborate with others.
