24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to drive member acquisition and retention through effective sales, onboarding, and superior guest service. You will promote memberships, fitness and retail offerings, while guiding members with the CARE model and company tools.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, achieving sales goals, and partnering with the SSM to deliver a best-in-class member experience in a high-energy club environment.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of sales practices and customer service.
• General understanding of Fitness Industry.
• Ability to work with computers and POS systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Membership system software experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Executes the CARE sales model with guests and explains value of offerings.
• Tours potential members through the club and aligns facilities with fitness needs and goals.
• Registers guests through the digital kiosk and explains membership offers.
• Enrolls guests using approved sales techniques and MAP procedures.
• On-boards new members and supports retention activities.
• Consistently achieves personal and team sales goals.
• Prospects and generates leads through community, referrals, and programs.
• Sets appointments for leads and follows up on opportunities.
• Partners with the Sales and Service Manager to deliver a best-in-class member experience.
• Keeps the club welcoming, clean, and well-maintained.
