Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving membership and product sales. You will onboard new members, promote fitness offerings, and actively participate in lead generation and retention initiatives to grow club profitability.

As part of the team, you will work with the Sales and Service Manager to provide a best-in-class member experience, greet members, and connect them with training, classes, and digital content.

• Engage guests with CARE sales model and relate product benefits to fitness needs.
• Tour prospects of the club and explain facilities and services.
• Present membership offers clearly using company tools.
• Enroll guests and drive membership with MAP procedures.
• On-board new members and assist retention activities.
• Achieve or exceed personal and team sales goals.
• Generate leads through community outreach and promotions.
• Schedule appointments for leads and follow up on opportunities.
• Support member experience with a friendly, professional service.
