Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to deliver a superior guest experience while driving membership, fitness, and retail sales. You will build relationships, demonstrate value, and convert interest into active memberships in a fast-paced club environment.

The role focuses on CARE-based sales, lead generation, and providing a welcoming, helpful experience that supports member wellness and club profitability. This position rewards performance with commission plans.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and experience with sales practices and techniques.
• General understanding of Fitness Industry.
• Ability to work with computers.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to operate POS and Membership system software.

Responsibilities

• Executes the CARE sales model with each guest and relates how products/services meet fitness needs.
• Tours potential members through the club and describes facility, equipment, services and amenities tied to fitness goals.
• Communicates membership and fitness offers clearly using company tools and enrolls members using MAP procedures.
• On-boards new members and supports retention activities to drive club profitability.
• Prospecting and lead generation through community outreach, referrals, and campaigns; sets appointments for leads.
• Partners with the Sales and Service Manager to provide a best-in-class member experience and address needs.
