Job summary

Simpay is a fast-growing fintech company offering payment processing, payroll, and business solutions. We seek Membership Advisors to sell the Exectras Membership to SMBs using warm lists from associations and organizations with which we have relationships.

This role blends outbound phone and digital sales with relationship-based, in-person selling, with opportunities to attend events and network. Excellent earning potential through uncapped commissions and a consultative sales approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience (inside sales, B2B, or business development).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Excellent listening and consultative selling abilities.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to business owners from prospect lists.
• Educate decision-makers on Exectras Membership value and benefits.
• Present via virtual, phone, and in-person meetings where applicable.
• Guide prospects through the sales process to close deals.
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline activity.
