Job summary

Simpay is seeking a Membership Advisor to sell the Exectras Membership to small and mid-sized businesses. You will work from warm prospect lists and educate owners on the value of the Exectras program, with a blend of outbound calls, virtual and in-person presentations.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, educating business owners, and guiding prospects through the sales process toward close, with uncapped earning potential in a high-activity environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in B2B or inside sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to business owners from assigned prospect lists.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and educate them on Exectras Membership.
• Identify needs and position the membership as a win for employers and employees.
• Schedule and conduct virtual, phone, and in-person presentations.
• Guide prospects through the sales process from initial contact to close.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Maintain CRM records of interactions and pipeline activity.
• Follow up with prospects via calls and email.
• Participate in sales meetings and product training.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to maximize opportunities with partners.
