Job summary

Simpay is looking for a driven Membership Advisor to introduce and sell the Exectras Membership program to small and medium businesses. You’ll work from warm prospect lists and may attend association events to build relationships, educate owners, and generate new membership opportunities.

This role blends outbound phone and digital sales with relationship-based in-person selling. High activity, strong earning potential, and ongoing product training are hallmarks of this position.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience with B2B or inside sales preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
• Excellent listening and consultative selling abilities.
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to business owners from assigned prospect lists.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and educate them on the Exectras Membership.
• Identify customer needs and position the membership as a win-win solution.
• Schedule and conduct virtual, phone, and in-person presentations.
• Guide prospects through the sales process from contact to close.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline in the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects through calls, email, and other channels.
• Participate in sales meetings, coaching, and product training.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to maximize opportunities within partner associations.
