Job summary

Simpay is seeking a dynamic Membership Advisor to introduce and sell the Exectras Membership to small and mid-sized businesses. You’ll work from warm lists from associations we already partner with, combining outbound calls with in-person selling where appropriate.

This role offers high activity, education of business owners, and uncapped earning potential through commissions. You’ll collaborate with marketing and leadership to maximize opportunities and will advance relationships with

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales, B2B, or business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calls to business owners from prospect lists.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and educate on Exectras Membership.
• Identify needs and position membership as a win for employers and employees.
• Schedule and conduct virtual, phone, and in-person presentations.
• Guide prospects through sales process from initial contact to close.
• Aim to consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Maintain records of interactions and pipeline in CRM.
• Follow up via calls, email, and other channels.
• Participate in sales meetings and product training.
