Job summary

Simpay is seeking a Sales professional to join as a Membership Advisor, selling the Exectras Membership to small and mid-size businesses. You’ll leverage warm prospect lists from associations and combine outbound calls with virtual and in-person presentations to move prospects through the pipeline.

This high-activity role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, ongoing product training, and clear career advancement within a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to handle a high volume of outbound calls daily.
• Strong listening and consultative selling abilities.
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience selling employee benefits, payroll, HR solutions, or SaaS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to business owners from assigned prospect lists.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and educate them on Exectras Membership.
• Identify customer needs and position membership as a mutual benefit.
• Schedule and conduct virtual, phone, and in-person presentations where applicable.
• Guide prospects through the sales process from initial contact through close.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and pipeline activity in the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects through calls, email, and other channels.
• Participate in sales meetings, coaching, and product training.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to maximize opportunities within partner associations.
