Simpay is a fast-growing fintech company helping businesses with payment processing, payroll, and related solutions. The Membership Advisor role focuses on selling the Exectras Membership to small and medium businesses using warm lists from partner associations.

You’ll conduct outbound calls, present virtually or in person, educate owners on value, and guide prospects through the sales cycle to close. A high-activity environment with uncapped commissions awaits top performers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to handle a high volume of outbound calls.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar).
• Experience selling employee benefits, payroll, HR solutions, or SaaS is a plus.
• Uncapped commission structure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to business owners from assigned lists.
• Educate decision-makers on the Exectras Membership program.
• Identify customer needs and position the membership as a win for employers and employees.
• Schedule and conduct virtual, phone, and in-person presentations.
• Guide prospects through the sales process from initial contact to close.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales goals.
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline activity.
• Follow up with prospects via calls and email.
• Participate in sales meetings and product training.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to maximize opportunities.
