This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer care while meeting revenue targets in a fast-paced spa environment. The position requires hospitality or sales experience, a warm professional presence, weekend availability, and a passion for beauty and skincare.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hospitality or sales experience with a proven track record of superior client service and meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Genuine passion for people, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences.
• Confidence in sales conversations and ability to meet membership targets.
• Warm, professional presence with a hospitality-first mindset.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and full-/part-time options.

Responsibilities

• Own the front desk and set the tone for every visit.
• Drive membership and package sales by connecting clients to Glowbar and the results it delivers.
• Complete post-service rebooking and manage waitlists to optimize scheduling.
• Be the studio voice across phone, email, and text communications.
• Share product knowledge and at-home skincare routine suggestions to support the journey.
• Track personal sales performance and close rates to drive improvement.
