Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Membership Concierge II to serve as the first point of contact for members and guests. You will drive engagement, educate on programs, and assist with account maintenance, payments, and new membership sales.

You will work in a fast-paced resort-like environment, building relationships and delivering extraordinary experiences while pursuing service recovery and continuous development in hospitality certifications.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and standing for up to 4 hours.
• Willingness to obtain Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for members and guests.
• Build relationships and deliver extraordinary experiences.
• Handle inbound calls and outbound outreach to engage members.
• Educate members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assist with account maintenance and payments.
• Support new membership sales and member retention.
• Resolve issues through problem solving and service recovery.
