Responsibilities

Operates as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort.
Exemplifies a hospitable mindset and builds relationships with members and guests.
Handles inbound calls and outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisition.
Maintains knowledge of club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
Assists members with account maintenance, changes, and payments for services and products.
Acts as a key contact for new membership sales and member retention.
Engages in problem solving and service recovery using available tools.
