Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge II to serve as the main point of contact for members and guests at our resort.

You will nurture relationships, inform on programming and pricing, and support account maintenance and payments, while actively aiding in membership sales and retention. The role requires hospitality-focused service, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting, and strong verbal communication.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable standing for 4 hours.
• Strong verbal communication and service recovery skills.
• Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Opens as the first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Builds relationships with members and guests, delivering extraordinary experiences.
• Handles inbound calls and outbound outreach to engage and acquire members.
• Educates members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance and payments for services and products.
• Supports new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Resolves issues and service recovery using appropriate tools and resources.
