Life Time is seeking a Membership Concierge II in Atlanta to deliver exemplary member service, handle account maintenance, and promote club programming and events. You will engage members and guests, educate them on pricing and policies, and support membership sales and retention efforts.

In this fast-paced, guest‑centered role, you will build relationships, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with team members to ensure extraordinary experiences.

Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships and create extraordinary experiences
• Receives inbound calls and conducts outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisition
• Keeps knowledge of club programming, events, pricing, and policies updated for members
• Assists with account maintenance, processing member needs and payments
• Serves as a key contact for new membership sales and retention
• Engages in problem solving and service recovery using available tools
