Job summary

Life Time in Woodstock, GA is seeking a Membership Concierge II to manage member accounts, deliver service, and provide programming insights. You will engage members and guests, support enrollment and retention efforts, and contribute to a high-touch, hospitality-driven experience.

You will progress through hospitality certification levels, build a succession plan, and grow within a fast-paced, service-focused club environment.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
Completion of Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality (preferred).
Excellent communication and a guest-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

Operates as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort.
Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships and create extraordinary experiences.
Receives inbound calls and conducts outbound outreach to enhance engagement and acquisition.
Maintains updated knowledge of club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
Assists members with account maintenance, changes, and transactions including payments.
Serves as a key contact for new membership sales and member retention interactions.
Engages in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns.
