Life Time is seeking a Membership Concierge II to provide exceptional service and engagement for members and guests. You will manage account maintenance, educate on programming and pricing, and support new membership sales and retention efforts.

Qualifications

• Must be skilled at multi-tasking and delivering high quality customer service.
• Strong verbal communication and service recovery abilities.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Educates members about club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance, changes, and transactions including program, service, and product payments.
• Supports new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Demonstrates hospitality mindset to build relationships and create extraordinary experiences.
• Participates in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns.
