Responsibilities

• Acts as the first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Educates members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Maintains member accounts, processes changes and transactions including payments.
• Supports new member sales and member retention interactions.
• Resolves issues and supports service recovery using available tools.
