Responsibilities

• Guide future members through the membership selection process using Fitness Connection's proven sales process.
• Conduct engaging club tours that connect individual goals to membership and service solutions.
• Present memberships, personal training, and club services confidently and professionally.
• Generate leads through referrals, networking, outreach activities, and community engagement.
• Conduct prospecting and follow-up activities with consistency and professionalism.
• Maintain an active pipeline of future members and scheduled appointments.
• Create welcoming first impressions for every guest and member.
• Build relationships that foster trust, loyalty, and long-term engagement.
• Listen to member goals and concerns to provide personalized recommendations.
