This role serves as the first contact for many future members, helping them explore membership options, understand the value of our services, and confidently take the next step in their fitness journey.

Drive membership growth by conducting engaging tours, presenting options, and building trust with prospective members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
• Completion of Fitness Connection's EPIC Training Program within designated timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership growth by building a strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct engaging club tours linking goals to memberships and services.
• Present memberships, personal training, and services confidently.
• Generate leads through referrals, networking, outreach, and community engagement.
• Maintain an active pipeline of future members and scheduled appointments.
