Job summary

Fitness Connection is seeking a Fitness Consultant to be the first point of contact for prospective members, guiding them through membership options and services with a focus on warm, informative interactions. You will drive membership growth, run engaging tours, and convert leads while maintaining exceptional customer service and club standards.

Ideal candidates bring proven sales and service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Completion of Fitness Connection's EPIC Training Program within the designated timeframe.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Guide future members through the membership selection process using Fitness Connection's proven sales process.
• Conduct engaging club tours that connect individual goals to membership and service solutions.
• Present memberships, personal training, and club services confidently and professionally.
• Generate leads through referrals, networking, outreach activities, and community engagement.
• Maintain an active pipeline of future members and scheduled appointments.
• Run the front desk, member check-ins, and telephone inquiries with accuracy.
