Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership growth using Fitness Connection's sales process.
• Conduct engaging club tours linking goals to memberships and services.
• Present memberships, personal training, and services confidently.
• Generate leads through referrals, networking, outreach, and community events.
• Maintain an active pipeline of future members and appointments.
• Execute front desk responsibilities, member check-ins, and inquiries.
• Follow policies, safety requirements, and maintain records.
