Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Fitness Connection's EPIC Training Program within the designated timeframe.
• Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership growth and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct engaging club tours and present memberships confidently.
• Handle front desk duties, check-ins, and phone inquiries with excellent service.
• Maintain accurate records for leads, referrals, memberships, and sales.
