Fitness Connection is seeking a Fitness Consultant in Charlotte, NC to drive membership growth and create exceptional member experiences. You will welcome prospective members, present memberships and services, and guide tours that connect goals to solutions.

You will build a strong pipeline through referrals, outreach, and community engagement, while following up on leads and maintaining appointments in a fast-paced club environment.
