UFC GYM is seeking a Membership Specialist to represent the brand and deliver a welcoming, informative experience for members and guests. You will drive potential members into the gym and strive to exceed revenue targets through prospecting and outstanding customer service.

Role requires strong sales skills, relationship-building with local businesses, and alignment with UFC GYM standards. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Motivated, hungry for daily success/revenue and comfortable speaking to business owners to build partnerships.
• Ability to generate guests and foot traffic.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation, appointment booking and meeting monthly goals.
• Present membership options and ensure manager involvement in the sales process.
• Ensure personal sales revenue goals and track POS PT and EFT revenue.
