The role drives membership growth through external promotions and internal referrals, with a focus on meeting revenue targets and delivering top-tier customer service.

Responsibilities include conducting fitness tours, presenting membership options, and achieving monthly sales goals while ensuring guest satisfaction and a professional, polished image in the facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through external promotions, local partnerships, and community events to create qualified leads.
• Book and manage membership appointments, aiming to meet monthly targets.
• Present membership options with a company-approved approach, and route to manager when appropriate.
• Drive personal sales targets including new member revenue and personal training revenue.
• Promote adherence to sales processes with proper documentation and approvals.
• Maintain guest experience and support retention through follow-up and service excellence.
