Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
• General understanding of Fitness Industry.

Responsibilities

• Represent UFC GYM with a welcoming, informative, entertaining experience for members and guests.
• Drive potential members into the gym and deliver industry-leading customer service.
• Book membership appointments via productive phone activities and meet monthly goals.
• Present the Fitness Tour to all guests during tours as outlined in the playbook.
• Follow up with enrolled members to ensure expectations are exceeded.
• Provide the highest level of customer service in all interactions.
• Assist in keeping the facility clean and operational.
