Job summary

UFC GYM is seeking a Membership Specialist to represent the brand, drive potential members to the gym, and deliver industry-leading customer service. This full-time role reports to the Assistant General Manager and the General Manager.

The position emphasizes lead generation, appointment setting, and presenting membership options with goals to enroll new members and personal training clients. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred.
• High school degree or GED required.
• Must complete company sales training and orientation program.
• Ability to lift 45 lbs.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Independent, self-starter who is a team player and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation, appointment booking, and off-site promotions.
• Conduct guest tours, present membership options, and drive enrollment.
• Provide high level customer service and maintain gym cleanliness.
• Meet monthly sales goals and ensure proper documentation for each sale.
