UFC GYM is seeking a Membership Specialist to welcome guests, present our Fitness Tour, and convert visits into memberships. You will deliver industry-leading customer service and build relationships with current members while promoting our comprehensive benefits and classes.

Responsibilities

• Represent UFC GYM by delivering a welcoming, informative and entertaining experience for members and guests.
• Drive potential members into the gym and deliver industry-leading customer service.
• Book membership appointments and strive to meet monthly goals.
• Present the Fitness Tour to guests during tours as per the Membership Specialist Playbook.
• Follow up with enrolled members to ensure expectations are exceeded.
• Maintain a clean and operational facility.
