Job summary

UFC GYM Miami is seeking a Membership Specialist to deliver a welcoming, informative and entertaining experience for members and guests. You will drive potential members into the gym and exceed personal revenue targets through prospecting, tours and enrollment activities.

Responsibilities include lead generation, appointment booking, presenting memberships, guiding tours, achieving monthly sales and PT units, maintaining high customer service, and reporting performance in alignment with

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• 1–2 years sales experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with computers and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through external marketing and prospecting to create leads.
• Book membership appointments and meet monthly goals.
• Present memberships and tours to guests to drive enrollments.
• Achieve new member and PT revenue targets each month.
• Maintain high level of customer service and assist in member retention.
• Follow company processes for sales documentation.
