Job summary

UFC GYM is seeking a Membership Specialist to welcome members, present services and drive membership sales with exceptional customer service. You will generate leads, book appointments and deliver compelling presentations, aiming to meet monthly targets and contribute to gym revenue.

Responsibilities include lead generation, tours, managing guest experiences, maintaining facility standards and teamwork with the manager to close sales and ensure member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
• General understanding of Fitness Industry.
• Ability to work with computers.
• Must have good interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Must be a team player

Responsibilities

• Lead generation, appointment booking and prospecting.
• Book membership appointments and meet monthly goals.
• Present membership options to non-members using approved presentations.
• Ensure tours translate into enrollments and PT sales.
• Maintain guest relations and follow up with enrolled members.
• Keep the facility clean and ensure policy compliance.
• Timekeeping, schedules and uniform policy adherence
